S4TL is a week-long leadership training program for high school students. It is organized annually by several Rotary Districts in mid- and southwest Florida. This award-winning program is capable of transforming the lives of these young leaders. This year we again sponsored delegates to the Rotary S4TL training session at Florida Southern College in Lakeland Florida. The students were all juniors from Armwood High School.

One unique feature of S4TL is the "rap sessions" where the leaders of tomorrow are divided into groups of 16-18. They meet with Rotarians to discuss topics of interest to them. No holds are barred, and both groups learn from one another. Participation in the rap sessions is a privilege and shows us how bright the future is with such intelligent and responsible students who are in training to become our leaders or tomorrow.
